I just finished course 3 in cake decorating. I made a present cake in fondant for Livee's birthday, she picked out all the colors. The final cake was a tiered flower cake cover in fondant with fondant roses. A big Thanks to Celest, Tiffany, Amalia, Lynda, Zoe, and Paige for helping me make my forty-five roses. I have so much fun learning new things in each course. There is one more course I hope to take this summer.
