Happy Birthday Kaidee
Kaidee is 5 today. Can you believe it? I remember moving in to our house the day I went into labor with her it seems like just yesterday. 1. I love that Kaidee is so independant. She is fine just playing by herself or with her brothers or sister.
2. I love that Kaidee is so outgoing. She definitely gets that from her Dad. She is not afraid to go up to a perfect stranger and say "Hello." We have had to talk to her about this too because she will also walk up to any dog she sees and pet it. This could be dangerous. (just ask Chase)
3. Kaidee loves to help her Dad fix things around the house. She knows how to use just about any tool you give her. If you ever need something fixed she would love to come and help.
4. Kaidee has a sweet side too. She is a tenderheart just like her brother Chase. She doesn't like it when someone gets hurt. She was very concerned when Chloe broke her arm she stayed right by her side for the first couple of hours.
5. Kaidee has taught me to be more patient. This little girl has been such a joy to have in our family. She keeps us on our toes but we wouldn't have it any other way. We love Kaidee just the way she is. I love you Kaidee Happy Birthday, Love Mommy

Wii KO
We are here at Letti's house with Chase, and we all wanted to play the Wii. So Chase brought it out and challenged Bobby to a boxing match. It is so funny. Bobby and Chase can really shake their money makers. Watch the boy's hips. Who said Bobby can't dance?

Why I love and like my Daughter-in-laws so much . . .
I knew you and loved you long before I met you. I desired to raise my sons in a way that would make you happy. I prayed for you and we even talked about you at times, "What will she be like? What do you want her to be like?" Maybe I have fallen short at times, maybe my sons also, but I know you are the very ones I have prayed for.
I am grateful for the happiness you have given my sons, and continue to give. I pray daily that Father will bless your families and especially your marriages. I am very well pleased with your skills, talents, time, effort, and joy of motherhood you all have. My grandchildren are going to be just fine, even finer than fine! I'm thankful for your good parents that prepared you for my sons.
I am richer because of you, Amelia, Tiffany, and Celeste. It is no coincidence that we are all together in this family. I'm so grateful for Father's plan that allows all this.
I love you and like you to the moon and back, even from eternity to eternity,
Y kath/nan
now why my heart is so full of gratitude for you . . .
I'm sitting at home with Syd this morning (I think she has the flu because she has all the bad things that go along with it). Anyway, I thought should I go to church or stay home with her? If I don't go to church what about Tiffany and Chase? I called Tiffany and told her I wouldn't be going and if she wanted to go I would keep Degan for her. Without hesitation Tiffany said she was already going and would keep Chase with her. I'm so touched by her desire, her service. So I just started thinking about all three of you. You will never know how much you have blessed me. I must work harder to show you what you mean to me. Thank you!
Watch for further posts about my daughters and sons and sons-in-law, and let's all pray for my future son-in-law, and granddaughters-in-law, and grandsons-in-law.

Beaches in Texas?
Chloe building a sand castle
Cole looking at the water
Kaidee laying in the sand just being herself...lol
Cole looking at another waterfall
We went out to dinner last night with Tad, Amelia, Lynda, Kellie, Jayson, and the kids. The place was called Life's A Beach. Let me tell you it looked just like a beach. The kids played in the sand the entire time. They also had live music there as well. Cole wandered around looking at the different water features. This was a very enjoyable dinner with the kids. The food was good but our service was not. I think I would go again though because just having the kids entertained was enough for me.
