We arrived at the surgery center at 7:45am, signed in and did all the pre-op and Syd went into surgery about 9:20. By 10:oo we were called back to sit with her in recovery. By 11:oo we were on our way home. Everything went just right. Syd's recovering well, her voice sounds different. I wonder if it will stay that way? She's pretty doped up so she sleeps a lot (and is snoring!?). She has already eaten some spaghetti (from pasta italia, her favorite), no meat.

We're glad you're doing well, Syd! We didn't know you were having your tonsils out, but we can pray for your speedy recovery now. Brianna can sympathize as she had hers out last April. Don't worry, Kath, her voice will return to normal after a few weeks. We love you!
